Verdi's Licensed Restaurant

The Roach family opened one of Cairns iconic restaurants, Verdi’s, as a boutique 40 seater in Abbott Street in 1986. It’s popularity led to an expansion to the present larger premises in Shields Street in 1998.

Host, Patrick Roach boasts more that 24 years commitment to the hospitality industry and is passionate about delivering a fulfilling and complete dining experience. He believes the key to this is in the balance between the flavour of the food, comfort of the service and friendliness of the atmosphere.
