Lake Barrine - Picture Tour

Lake Barrine

Lake Barrine was created around 12,000 years ago when magma rose to the surface of the water table, the underground stream fed this space and over many years it eventually became the lake we know today. The waters are deep and the shores back onto lush rainforest except for one spot where The Tea House was built back in the 1930s to serve tea to the visitors.
